EXTERIORS
Purpose of good architectural photography is producing an abstract image so you can see the beauty in that simplicity. This simplicity helps the viewer to connect emotionally with the image. Tight focus on limited attributes of an exterior is critical. It helps the viewer to recognize beauty and form through the purity of the displayed elements.
INTERIORS
When you line up an interior photo-shoot, lighting is a key factor in creating a successful image. Lighting determines not only brightness and darkness, but also tone, mood and the atmosphere; these skills allow us to control and manipulate light in order to get the best texture, vibrancy of color and luminosity on your subjects
STAGING
Staging probably plays just as big of a role as lighting when it comes to interior photography. Research now supports the fact that potential customers cannot readily visualize themselves living in a new space without the assistance of furnishings that can make the space look more inviting to live.
CULTURE SHOTS
This is an interesting trend. We call “Culture Shots” when we document a space in which people and their pets relates to the architectural environment evoking a unique lifestyle. If the subjects is not looking directly in the camera this creates intrigue, suggesting a believable image in which the live presence well interact and fit into the space
